2026 IJMSA Registration
Terms and Regulations
1. Registration fee is R850
2. Pageant participation fees:
National Package fee – R2850 and
Sponsorship fee – R5000
3. Registrations submitted without attaching a proof of payment will not be considered
4. Registration fee is non-refundable
5. Competition will take place in Mpumalanga
6. Proposed dates (1st July 2025 to 5th July 2026)
7. Travel and accommodation are at the model’s expense
8. Estimated cost of accommodation inclusive of breakfast is R2440 for a 2 Sleeper, R3080 for a 4 sleeper
9. Required outfits are for the model’s expense (Compulsory competitions are Evening wear, (compulsory ballgown for ages 4yrs-12yrs), fun fashion and interview wear)
10. Free optional Competitions (Social Media Influencer, Charity, Debutant, Young Arthur, Public choice, Entrepreneural Award and I AM Leadership award)
11. R600 Optional Competitions (Photogenic, Charity and Academic Excellence)
12. R900 Optional Competitions (Runway, Spokesmodel and Fun Fitness)
13. Pageant fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
14. Family and friends are required to purchase tickets to attend the Gala show, there is no minimum number of tickets required from the models. Ticket prices will range from R1250 to R1750 for adults and R450 to R750 for children under 12. 2yrs and younger have free entry
15. Finalists are not required to buy gala tickets
16. Finalists receive:

- Daily Meals (Lunch and dinner) during the competition, effective from Dinner on Day 1
- Goody bag
- Feature in our 2026 Program Book
- Opening Number Dress

- Free entry to our Gala Evening
- Opportunity to be featured on our social media platforms
17. Age Categories:
- 4yrs – 6Yrs Princess
- 7yrs – 9yrs Jr-Pre Teen
- 10yrs – 12yrs Pre-Teen
- 13yrs – 15yrs Jr-Teen
- 16yrs – 18yrs Teen
- 19yrs – 24yrs Miss
- 25yrs+Miss
Your age on the 1st of January 2026 will determine the age category that you will participate in.
18. Winners in each category win a fully paid trip to participate at our international competition in the USA, held in January 2027 (Pageant fees, Return flight ticket and shared accommodation with another model is fully paid by the organisation) – The value of this is R600 000 and many other prizes
19. Runner ups and optional awards winners win a share of R500 000 in cash prizes, gifts and prizes
20. In terms of the POPI act, by registering to be part of IJMSA you confirm that you give the organisation permission to post the aforementioned model on all IJM social media platforms.
