Her professional portfolio includes work with leading platforms such as e.tv, Showmax, and BET, where she specialised in script supervision and continuity, mastering the art of precision storytelling. Her tenure at AFDA further strengthened her expertise in marketing, brand architecture, and audience engagement.

Naledi’s foundation in excellence is underscored by her pageant legacy. She won her first pageant as Miss Gauteng Teen South Africa 2017, and a Top 5 finalist at Miss Jozi 2020, she has consistently embodied poise, discipline, and influence. Her international recognition includes International Junior Miss South Africa 2021 and 4th Runner-Up at International Junior Miss 2022, alongside her distinction as an International Runway Model.

In her current role with International Junior Miss South Africa, Naledi leads with vision driving growth strategy, producing high calibre experiences, and curating a polished digital presence.
