Refilwe Mangope is the proud International Junior Miss South Africa Ms 2026/2027. A 30-year-old from Randfontein on the West Rand, she is a graduate with qualifications in Travel and Tourism Management as well as Management of Technology and Innovation in Business. 

A passionate pageant model, pageant coach, actress, and rugby player, Refilwe is a dynamic woman who believes in using her talents to inspire and uplift others. Her platform, Youth Empowerment, is at the heart of everything she does. Through modelling, community service initiatives, confidence-building, and the development of entrepreneurial and leadership skills, she is committed to equipping young people—especially young girls—to realise their full potential. 

Driven by a passion for creating opportunities and empowering the next generation, Refilwe hopes to inspire others to pursue their dreams with courage, resilience, and purpose. 

Her life motto, “Live life to the fullest, stay positive, remain focused, and believe in the power of positivity at all times,” reflects the values she lives by every day as she proudly represents South Africa with grace, strength, and determination.
