My name is Phagamiso Napo, commonly called Miso. I’m 8 years old living in the platinum city of Burgersfort, Limpopo. I was born between two brothers, who are my everyday playmates. I started my modelling journey at the age of 3 and haven’t looked back since then. In the last 5 years I’ve been in a lot of pageants and in 2024 I decided to start doing work as a brand ambassador and a catwalk model. I have walked for Fashion Without Borders; Soweto Fashion Week and Miss Global Princess South Africa Fashion Show. The brands that I have worked with includes Enhle Babes Couture, Camsole, Myesha-K, House of Solani and Khanya Vision Studio. I’m also currently brand ambassador for UD Fashion House. My life motto is inspired by Queen Esther: “I was born for such a time as this.” Luckily I’m surrounded by people who inspire me to dream big and make a di erence. Especially by strong women who lead with purpose. When I grow up I want to be a doctor and Miss Universe. This is so I can be able to influence people and make a di erence in their lives. I do charity work through donations to local schools as well as reading to little ones at crèche’s, which I enjoy. In my spare time I enjoy dancing, singing, reading, public speaking and playing netball. I might not be the best dancer or singer but it relaxes me and gives me such joy.
